Cancellation policy
Our policy is modeled on common Airbnb-style vacation-rental cancellation terms. The 6% transaction fee is retained on every cancellation.
14 or more days before arrival
94% refund. The 6% transaction fee is retained.
Less than 14 days before arrival
44% refund. This is 50% of the booking after the 6% transaction fee.
On or after arrival
No refund for cancellations after check-in or no-shows.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Airbnb, Vrbo, and other marketplace reservations must be cancelled through the marketplace where payment was collected.
